То, что сейчас есть на l10n.lrn.ru/online/ (Narro), пытается
претендовать на звание инструмента перевода, но до Lokalize ему, мягко
говоря, далеко. Веб-приложение удобно было бы использовать для
комментирования переводов, но не для перевода.
