Я недавно сделал аналогичный поиск по русских переводам _интерфейса_
KDE: http://l10n.kde.ru/posearch . Правда, поиск не совсем правильно
работает, и дизайн сейчас никакой: даже не показывается имя файла, в
котором найдена строка.
Если появятся добровольцы, желающие сделать нормальный
HTML/CSS/JavaScript на страницах l10n.kde.ru, могу открыть (на чтение)
репозиторий с исходным кодом.
