Молодец. Вообще-то этот файл давно (ещё в июле) полностью переведён.
Перед тем. как начать что-то переводить, нужно посмотреть, а не переведён ли
файл на http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/stable-kde4/team/ru/
и http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kde4/team/ru/
И файлы для перевода нужно брать оттуда, а не из шаблонов.
