[kde-russian] Fwd: ru translation - documentation and data issues

Большая просьба к тем, у кого есть сейчас время и возможности,
разобраться с этими замечаниями и отписаться у нас в рассылке.

Конкретно надо сделать следующее:

1. Изменить URI для dtd в файлах l10n-kde4/ru/data/kdeedu/*.kvtml на
"http://edu.kde.org/kvtml/kvtml2.dtd".
2. Исправить файлы в l10n-kde4/ru/data/kdeedu/kturtle согласно
инструкциям http://edu.kde.org/kturtle/translator.php
3. Добавить и перевести на русский "footer-doc-comment",
"footer-doc-feedback" и
"footer-doc-teamname" в kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/ru.xml
(английский вариант в файле
kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/en.xml)
4. Удалить устаревшие файлы docbook по списку ниже.

building and installing your language translation I noticed some issues:

- l10n-kde4/your_lang/data/kdeedu/*.kvtml files use the wrong URI
"http://edu.kde.org/kanagram/kvtml2.dtd", please change it
to "http://edu.kde.org/kvtml/kvtml2.dtd.

- Your language has still l10n-kde4/your_lang/data/kdeedu/kturtle with the
obsolete xml and example files.

- Building "your_lang" I get a lot of warnings like:
No "your_lang" localization of "footer-doc-comment" exists; using "en".
No "your_lang" localization of "footer-doc-feedback" exists; using "en".
No "your_lang" localization of "footer-doc-teamname" exists; using "en".
This is caused by the missing
items "footer-doc-comment",  "footer-doc-feedback" and
"footer-doc-teamname" in kdelibs/kdoctools/docbook/xsl/common/your_lang.xml
So the footer in the "your_lang" documentation is untranslated and displayed
in english.
To make it translatable you have to copy the 3
new items "footer-doc-comment", "footer-doc-feedback" and
"footer-doc-teamname" from en.xml to your_lang.xml and translate the texts.

It make no sense to keep these obsolete documentations, either they are not
visible for Joe User (application and desktop file with X-DocPath removed) or
they could overwrite newer and modified documentations generated with
l10n-kde4/scripts/update_xml (english documentation moved).

почти всё сделал (осталось удалить папку ru/data/kdeedu/kturtle)

и утсаревшие докбуки только некоторые удалил (там где 100% уверен)
