Мне кажется нелишним было бы добавить в руководство
по переводу пункт о том, что в Kbabel spell checking
надо предварительно настроить.
По умолчанию там, кажется, стоит проверка английского
текста. В моем случае (RedHat 7.3) этапы настройки
были такими:
1. Находим на rpmfind.net или где-либо еще пакеты
ispell и ispell-russian
Я брал пакеты собранные ASP, т.к. пакеты от "красной
шапочки" там старые.
В принципе "словарь Лебедева" можно и ручками собрать,
если есть желание - файл rus-ispell.tgz лежит где-то в сети.
В случае самостоятельной сборки надо прописать KOI8-R
в файл /usr/lib/ispell/russian.encoding
2. Форсируем установку ispell поверх aspell, который
там уже наверняка стоит 'rpm -ivh --force ispell'
3. В Kbabel/Settings/Configure Kbabel/Spelling ставим
Client: International Ispell
Encoding: KOI8-R
Dictionary: Russian
Доки на kde.ru упоминают ispell, но ссылаются на сайт IPLabs,
на котором я ничего не нашел.
