Беда в том, что банальная команда форматирования диска не является
запрещённой в ОС (точнее сказать, в инсталляции) общего назначения.
Тут и есть та граница. То, что может быть угроблено штатными и
доступными средствами, надо уметь восстановить. Если система будет
стоять на R/O устройстве, тогда только можно делать допущение, что
не надо знать, как её поставить.
