"Обозреватель" и так уже достаточно прижилось с подачи русских
переводчиков Windows. Оно должно по крайней мере нормально
восприниматься большинством пользователей. "Браузер" - жаргонное, так
же, как "Винда", "своп" и т. д., несмотря на широкое распространение.
