 - fix stack-buffer-overflow in mg_handle_form_request() multipart preamble
   scan: a size_t underflow and a 32-bit truncated subtraction wrapped the
   memmove() size into an 8 KB stack buffer, remotely reachable via two
   requests over one keep-alive connection (upstream issue #1404)
 - add a standalone regression test for it, portable across arches;
   %check now runs 52 tests instead of 51
 - drop redundant BuildRequires on make: rpm-build already requires make >= 4.0.
   cmake is kept as BuildRequires(pre) so that the cmake rpm macros are defined
   when the build dependencies are calculated; gcc-c++ is kept because nothing
