 - fix startup crash: ship runtimes/unix/Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.dll
 - make runtimes prune robust (find instead of failing brace glob)
 - chmod 0755 the pwsh/GlobalTool.Shim wrappers (7.5 tarball ships them 0644)
