- update to upstream git snapshot 588860e (post-1.16 master); the snapshot
includes the upstream fixes for CVE-2025-55763 (chunked encoding combined
with a Content-Length header: request smuggling / denial of service) and
CVE-2026-5789 (unquoted search path in the Windows service installer)
- fix get_request() compile error in the snapshot: broken if condition and
undeclared 'cl' introduced by the CVE-2025-55763 commit (upstream PR #1400)
- backport upstream fixes: svace null-after-deref and use-after-free in
civetweb.c (PR #1396); http2.inl single-argument variadic macros and static
globals for LTO (PR #1397); worker thread stack size 100 KB -> system
