   smartcase prefix matching (uppercase prefix => case-sensitive, lowercase
   prefix => case-insensitive). Fixes broken clone-URL completion for
   packages like OpenUSD, OpenComposite, OCE
 - bounded /names ?prefix= and /packages ?q= at 256 bytes to cap substring
   search complexity
 - per-branch sorted name arrays now reflect the case actually present in
   each branch (no global representative leak across branches)
