Добрый день,
Добавлением переводов в файлы desktop занимается автоматизированный
сценарий scripty. У него нелюдимый и угрюмый нрав. Увидев чужие вставки в
git, он говорит про себя «Кто вы такие? Я вас не знаю!» и удаляет их. ;)
Переводить надо на месте, в файлах po, вот тут:
https://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/l10n-kf5/ru/messages/kde-workspace/desktop_workspace_kdeplasma-addons.po
Тогда scripty, увидев, что всё там, где ему следует быть, сам вставит
переводы.
