[kde-russian] Fwd: [IMPORTANT] Preparing for 4.13

Осталась пара дней, чтобы починить и дополнить переводы перед выпуском
KDE SC 4.13.0. Если кто-то пробовал бета-версии 4.13 или из других
источников знает о непереведённых строках, часто маячащих на экране,
сообщайте.

Hi all,

For now we are still using trunk for 4.13 so
http://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kde4/essential/ defines if your
language is to be released with 4.13 or not.

According to http://techbase.kde.org/Schedules/KDE4/4.13_Release_Schedule the
4.13 tag day is April 9 (around 10 days from now) so you
should have things commited by April 8 or earlier so scripty has the
chance to merge .desktop files back.

The following teams were in KDE 4.12 but at the moment don't meet the release
criteria, the list has the team code and the messages missing to be translated
to meet the release criteria
