Каталог файлов перевода интерфейсов программ messages/kdebase для
удобства разделён на три каталога:
- kde-runtime
- kde-workspace
- kde-baseapps

I've finished commiting the splitting to kdebase, in messages there are three
new top level dirs kde-runtime, kde-workspace and kde-baseapps
I've also moved kate and kwrite docmessages to kde-baseapps from runtime to
match their location in projects.kde.org
Scripts need to run so that everything looks file in l10n.kde.org so please do
not complain about that in 24 hours (i.e. complain if you think files ended up
in the wrong location or something, but not about statistics or something
missing).
