остановить сервер, убить каталог с базой в /var/lib/ldap/bases/<base DN>
и (опционально, если есть) содержимое /var/lib/ldap/dblogs/<base DN>
запустить сервер и пересоздать базу. На будущее, кроме бэкапов, стоит
озадачиться на предмет
ldapsearch -x -D <xxx> -w <yyy> -LLLL >dump.`date +%y%j`.ldif
где xxx и yyy - логин/пароль администратора базы. У меня такое делается
по крону и позволяет "в случае чего" быстро поднять базу.
