Тогда все понятно -- проблемы с oplocks принадлежат практически всегда
машинам с установленной NT. На 98-х я не замечал подобного. Скорее всего,
здесь в дело вступает то, что Самба выставляет для экспортируемых
директорий по умолчанию тип файловой системы NTFS и NT пытается вести себя
соответственно, ожидая определенное поведение от oplocks.
