Риторический вопрос: что такое пропуск в KWin?

Чтобы понять, какой смысл был вложен в эту строку, можно прочитать
подробное описание этого сценария KWin:
"Hides all windows marked as Skip Taskbar to be also excluded from window "
"switchers (e.g. Alt+Tab)"
P.S. По-моему, в последней строке есть избыточность: зачем говорить
"hides", если уже есть "excluded"? Я не ошибся?
