Согласен с "априори" Если ничего не загрузил, делиться нечем. Но...!
Главная идея торрента - как только ты загрузил кусок чегото к себе,
система сама "автоматически" открывает этот кусок для загрузки для
других людей на нете.
Это поведение "default" Если идёшь против установленных правил, т.е. не
даёшь другим грузить путём намеренной настройки в клиенте или
невозможностью откарытия порта за фираволом = leeching.
