Есть hypermail и mhonarc, и поисковик можно бы прикрутить. Я на своих
серверах так сделал, могу опытом поделиться.

В общем, без разницы. "Позволяет открыть..." звучит чуть лучше. Кстати
говоря, лучше не "диалог", а "окно диалога" или просто "окно".

Еще 2 Никита: почему Андрей отправляет в кои8, а с mailman письма без
указания кодировки уходят? С utf-8 этого не наблюдается.
