Это немного разные вещи. Колонтитулы - это header и footer, то есть
несколько строк вверху или внизу страницы. Транспарант (banner) - это
титульная страница, предваряющая и/или завершающая задание печати и
содержащая сведения о том, кто послал это задание на печать, с какой
машины, во сколько и так далее. Применяются в больших конторах, имеющих
на всех один общий принтер. Поэтому давайте оставим "колонтитул" для
перевода header/footer, а "транспарант" - для перевода banner.
