Если перевод был в ветке для текущего stable-релиза kde (3.5.6) то нужно
пересобрать kde-i18n-ru с обновленными файлами.

trunk - это текущая ветка переводов, в ней переводят то, что будет в следующем
релизе (с недавнего времени работа ведется над kde4).
