Может действительно создать список ответственных по приложениям с отношением
один-ко-многим для люди-программы (т.е. одна программа -- один человек, но
один человек -- много программ)?
Каждый будет переводить свою программу -- это уменьшит количество ошибок и
увеличит скорость перевода. Ну и ещё заинтересованность должна возрасти :)
И ещё см. мой пост где-то в треде ниже.
