Я за политическую волю. Которая, на мой взгляд, (должна быть) направлена
на то, чтобы уменьшать хаос и устанавливать чёткие правила, ведущие к
уменьшению ошибок.
Пропажа файлов в пакете из-за их неупаковки — слишком частая проблема.
Для меня лично давно неактуальная, потому что при локальной пересборке
всегда использую
_unpackaged_files_terminate_build 1.
