xfs - нет возможности ставить загрузчик в раздел (это фича XFS)
reiserfs - многочисленные соощения пользователей о проблемах с файловой
системой. Хотя у меня все работает.
Потому и ext3. В принципе она доказала свою достаточную
работоспособность и надежность на наших серверах.
