хм... проблема с XFree-4.3.0 и выбором оптимального разрешения... я 
подумаю, что тут можно сделать.

noapic и acpi=off будет у нас по умолчанию для всех машин, ибо с APIC 
очень много проблем.

Исправлено (в prefdm добавлен параметр vt7) . Скачал XFree - буду 
смотреть на тему, почему это происходит.
