Странная ситуация:

[serge@X SPECS]$rpm -qlp ftam-0.2.2-alt1.i586.rpm
...
/var/www/cgi-ftam/ftam.pm
/var/www/cgi-ftam/graph
...

[serge@X SPECS]$ rpm -qp --requires ftam-0.2.2-alt1.i586.rpm
...
perl(ftam.pm)  
...

Соответственно:
[serge@X SPECS]$ sudo rpm -Uvh ftam-0.2.2-alt1.i586.rpm
ошибка: неудовлетворенные зависимости:
...
        perl(ftam.pm)   нужен для ftam-0.2.2-alt1
...

То есть perl модуль находится в пакете - а rpm думает что он где-то
в другом пакете(?).
Как  с этим бороться?
В Мастер 2.0 зависимости выставляются нормально.

Очень просто (пример из automake):
%define _perl_lib_path %perl_vendor_privlib:%_datadir/%realname%suff

Нет.  У вас определяется внутренняя зависимость внутри пакета
(Rrequires), но не определяется Provides.  См. ответ inger'а.

Вообще меня тоже удивило -- жалко, что сломалось то, что просто
работало... впрочем, майнтейнеру виднее.

Что именно раньше "просто работало" и что сломалось?

Тут просто такая специфика  что Prefix1::Prefix2::Module преобразуется
в $PATH/Prefix1/Prefix2/Module.pm, а $PATH может иметь нестандарнтые
значения (подцепляется через perl -I$PATH или use lib $PATH).

Кста, у меня есть наброски /usr/lib/rpm/perl.{req,prov}, которые
используют B::Deparse и B::Xref (inspired by mhz).  Но они пока не
работают как надо.  И у меня есть некоторые сомнения.  Впрочем, perl.req
уже можно показать.

Все то же -- "autoprovided" perl deps не попадали в reqs или
провайдились, уж не помню.

Алексей, поймите -- я без претензий, мне проще выставить полтора
десятка provides в sympa.spec, чем ругаться -- но "за державу
обидно", не было так в alm2.0 :)

Нет, в ALM2.0, скорее всего, это зависимость автоматически не попадала
ни в Requires, ни в Provides.  А теперь Requires в попадает, а Provides --
нет.  Впрочем, можно проверить.

Может вообще _perl_lib_path игнорировать?  Ведь вполне очевидно, что
если 

$ grep /patch/to/Prefix/Module.pm
package Prefix::Module;

то /path/to роли не играет.

К сожалению, в варианте с B::Deparse _perl_lib_path игнорировать нельзя,
т.к. происходит компиляция, включая все модули.
