Привет, сообщники!

Помогите, пожалуйста, с настройкой NVIDIA Riva TNT2 (ASUS 3800Pure, если 
это важно).
Имеем: система ALT Linux Master 2.0(2.4.18-alt6master-up, 
XFree86-4.2.0-alt4),
мат. плата A7V (VIA KT133).
TuxRacer-0.61-alt4 вешает систему наглухо (SysRq не действует)
при дровах 2880 (из ALM2) через некоторый промежуток времени.

Скачал дрова 3123, подправил спек (unset root),
файлик os-registry.c на предмет NVreg_VideoMemoryTypeOverride=2
(у меня на видяшке SGRAM)
Пробовал пускать TuxRacer с agpgart, NVIDIA agpgart,
без использования agp (NvAGP=0)...
Итог тот же (виснет), причём при NVIDIA agpgart изображение нормальное,
а при kernel agpgart -- периодически мелькают всякие разные
треугольники на фоне снега, пингвина...
При NvAGP=0 до зависания работает дольше всего.

Нашёл на каком-то NVIDIA форуме инфу о том, что NVIDIA конфликтует с 3Com,
пробовал выгружать модуль 3c59x -- не помогает.

Когда под виндой висли Q3 и пинг-понг, я выключал в DxDiag 
AGP-текстурирование.

В BIOS (версия 1007) AGP Drive Strenght = Auto
AGP Aperture Size = 64 Mb

Читал /usr/share/doc/NVIDIA_GLX-1.0/README и
http://openxs.net/articles/smart-questions-ru.html

Помогите, пожалуйста, настроить систему нормально.

Прилагаю вывод lspcidrake, lsmod, содержимое /proc/driver/nvidia при 
NvAGP=0.
