А "Video OVerlay" это что и зачем оно мне может понадобиться?

Ну вот если захотите при просмотре видео (dvd) на компе регулировать
яркость и контраст не монитором а самой программкой - это Overlay
В 6600-ой серии он как раз и порезан. Можно правда через opengl выводить
но это как-то не то. Хотя я вот не регулирую и вполне не тужу от этого. И
так все отлично можно смотреть.

Для нормального просмотра видеофильмов. Иначе и Athlon64 не
поможет.

ну я имел ввиду именно ту часть оверлея что отвечает за конроль
яркости/контрасности (вот зачем ее вырезать надо было из чипа не ясно).
