Здравствуйте.
При установке Юниора 2.0 не установился звук. Насколько помнится можно
установить командой sndconfig, но он ругается, что нет такой команды?!
Чем же его установить?
В Линуксе недавно, поэтому прошу извинить за простецкие вопросы.

sndconfig лежит в каталоге /usr/sbin в который переменная PATH по умолчанию не смотрит. Т.е. для запуска sndconfig надо или добавить каталог /usr/sbin в переменную PATH (не рекмоендуется) или просто выполнить:
$/usr/sbin/sndconfig

А точно! Мне почему-то показалось, что sndconfig переименовали, а оказалось
ссылку сделали.
я бы запускал
sudo soundconfig
(в крайнем случае из-под root просто)
а то у пользователя обычно нет прав на запись в /etc/modules.conf и прочее
