Коллеги, использующие apache-itk никто часом не наступал что при включенном
MaxClientsVhost его счётчик залипает и как результат некоторые вхосты вываливаются с
MaxClientsVhost reached for site.ru, refusing client.
При том что к ним по факту и нет даже подключений. Лечится только перезапуском апача. Именно перезапуском
