В прошлом году в p8 произошла замена ядра 4.4 -> 4.9.
Одно из изменений - смена значения по-умолчанию с 1 на 0
у net.netfilter.nf_conntrack_helper (в 4.7, кажется,
случилось, через которое мы перескочили).
