Раньше иконка приложения "прыгала" рядом с курсором в момент запуска
приложения, подтверждая, что приложение где-то там в фоне запускается,
но еще не появилось на экране.
С недавнего времени эта прыгающая иконка стала появляться при банальном
сворачивании окна приложения. Это что, новая мода? Или глюк какой-то?

Не замечал такого на Intel Sisyphus и NVIDIA p11. При запуске прыгает у
курсора.
