Это, вообще говоря, не то же самое, что дата последней пересборки
branding-alt-sisysphus: помимо задержки публикации, бывает ещё
задержка зеркалирования и задержка обновления с зеркала
какой-либо давности (по крайней мере на localhost).

В общем, я пока не вижу хороших вариантов, кроме попробовать
убрать дату (и это тоже так себе).
Повесь на пакет напоминалку на всякий.
