В Daedalus выложены обновлённые пакеты:

Description :
Hdparm - это удобная системная утилита для настройки параметров (E)IDE
устройств. Например, hdparm может быть использована для увеличения
скорости работы жесткого диски или для понижения частоты вращения
устройства для сохранения энергии (или понижения шума).
