	Здравствуйте.
Прошу помочь с проверкой соответсвия chagelog реалиям -- 
бишь что баги исправлены, счастье наступает и всё такое.

Обратите внимание, что изменяется порядок запуска httpd и
httpd-perl, а также SUEXEC_HOME; насколько понимаю, должен
завестись mod_perl (человека, с которым можно проверить 
у нас, сейчас нет в доступности).

Я также действительно не помню суть изменения от Feb 12 %)

=> Если при решении имеющихся багов не были созданы худшие
новые, то это пойдёт в Sisyphus, backports/2.4 и, возможно,
branch-3.0 (если надо).

  + added patch to consult POSIX ACLs on CGI execution decision
    (#4987; disabled by default, build --with acl_support to enable)
