Это уже вторая версия, которая запускается у меня с
частично слепым меню и "подвалом" - нижней частью экрана, где
красным написано: <brodcaster id="Communicator:WorkMode"...
В незапамятные времена такое иногда случалось.
Приходится Firefox запускать.

Если не исправится, то будем удалять дальше.

Какие пакеты у вас установлены? темы или дополнительные неопакеченые
модули установлены?
Выполните от root:
/usr/lib/mozilla/rebuild-databases.sh
Переименуйте файл:
~/.mozilla/default/ZZZ/chrome/chrome.rdf
и удалите XUL.mfasl
и попробуйте запустить мозиллу.
