Выкачал из Сизифа , binutils-2.13.90.0.4-alt1.src.rpm пытаюсь пересобрать, а оно мне:

Будет исправлено в -alt2;
Пока что можно добавить
%define _configure_target --host=%_target_platform --build=%_target_platform
в binutils.spec непосредственно перед
%configure
