Как -devel пакеты могут влиять на работу? Если влияют, сообщайте --
это баг.
Кстати, для Sisyphus: о любой возможности установить без --nodeps
несоответствующие версии-релизы основного пакета и -devel рапортуйте
на bugs.altlinux.ru.

Сейчас вроде бы такого нет.

Это было при обновлении со Спринга, там были "независимые" версии
базового -develы
Сейчас вроде бы Ок.
