the workdir being initialized (fixes regression from 1.7.5 release).
- hsh-update-resolver-conf: fixed handling of the --workdir option.
- hsh-update-resolver-conf: fixed the bug reporting address in the
help text.
- hsh-update-resolver-conf.1: fixed the program name in the NAME
section (by Gleb Fotengauer-Malinovskiy).
