- Return the package to Sisyphus (it was removed as FTBFS in 2025).
- Build with libigloo (new upstream dependency).
- Added BuildRequires: libigloo-devel, librhash-devel, libssl-devel,
  libxml2-devel, libogg-devel, rpm-macros-systemd (new Icecast
  dependencies), removed gcc-c++.
- Add systemd unit (Type=simple, no daemonizing) and tmpfiles.d file.
- No ExecReload in the systemd unit: HUP cannot reread icecast.xml from
  inside the chroot, apply config changes with restart.
- Do not rely on a pidfile: drop it from the default icecast.xml and
  the init script, so stop/restart find the process (closes: #61107).
- Accept <chroot>true</chroot> in the init script.
- Create the icecast user with sysusers.
