смотря что за модем, если например курьер то прошивать и настраивать :) сам
сижу на 33 атс (редкое г.) после полугода мучений нашел прошивку позволяющую
сидеть в тырнете на скрости за 38.8 :)
usr courier рулит особено у нас ..
