Если короче, то «аварийно завершился».

Предполагаю, что "registry" — это вроде базы данных пакетов в
дистрибутивах GNU/Linux. То есть не просто список названий модулей, а
в дополнительно список файлов, их размер и прочие параметры для
каждого модуля.
