Дословный перевод: "Plasma, сделанная KDE", не путать с "Plasma is made by KDE".
Уже переводил подобную строку, получилось такое:
msgid "Plasma Media Center by KDE"
msgstr "Мультимедийный центр Plasma от KDE"
Если переводить в подобном стиле, то было бы "Plasma от KDE". Но,
например, iPhone называют ещё более кратко: Apple iPhone, в случае
плазмы было бы "KDE Plasma".
Если человек слышал о KDE, то из "KDE Plasma" можно догадаться, что
Plasma является результатом работы людей из сообщества KDE. Но если —
не слышал, то, как мне кажется, "Plasma от KDE" будет понятнее.
