Я залил перевод с моими изменениями:

1. В переводе «Eg. terminals or video players can ask to...» я
попытался написать подробнее, но общий смысл у меня не вызвал
сомнений.
2. Перевод «KWin tries to prevent windows from taking the focus...»
вроде тоже правильный, я только добавил описания крайних значений
параметра (None/Extreme), тем самым допереведя оригинал.
