А с какого он пытается этот пароль писать?... ААААю....
ты значить дома rider дык атрибут для ~/.cvspass сделай
chown rider /home/rider/.cvspass
chmod 664 /home/rider/.cvspass или
chmod 600 /home/rider/.cvspass или
.... :)
