Доброго времени суток.
Если бы такой вариант был бы возможен, то он был бы на лично мой взгляд
идеален, особенно учитывая, что некоторые апстримы не следят за тем же
Cargo.lock и сам cargo build при работе online тянет все что нужно, а
вот при --offline все это дело "валится"
