Я думаю, что лучше сделать примерно также, как мы сделали при переезде
с bash3 на bash4:
1. переименовать gnupg в gnupg1, запаковать gnupg со ссылками на файлы в gnupg1;
2. немного подождать;
3. поменять в gnupg ссылки с gnupg1 на gnupg2.
