О какой совместимости речь? Возможно, сломано старое привычное
поведение, при котором NEVR однозначно определял бинарный пакет. Теперь
это не так. Совместимость же как с нашими старыми rpm-пакетами, так и с
форматом rpm в целом, сохранена.
