Это значит что дефолтная тема - блюкурва. По умолчания тема
"default", внешняя. Если сделать "core" - будет использован фонт
специального вида, у меня это
-xfree86-cursor-medium-r-normal--17-120-100-100-p-0-adobe-fontspecific

Не gtk, а xlib, а точнее libXcursor...
