Непонятный кусок обсуждения. Но да, RT/ACE.pm должен быть установлен.
Не знаю, но, возможно, есть возможность исключить обработку данного
скрипта посредством find-provides, если RT/ACE.pm ставить не следует
по какой-то причине (начало сообщения с обсуждением хаков на эту мысль
наводят).
